10-Year Sewer Line Replacement Warranty

Our 10-year warranty applies only to complete sewer line replacements using Schedule 40 PVC. This warranty covers both labor and materials for issues that arise from normal wear and tear during the warranty period.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials on complete sewer line replacements
  • Defects in workmanship on complete sewer line replacements
  • Failures due to normal wear and tear

What’s Not Covered (Exclusions):

  • Sewer lines installed under driveways, alleys, or any area regularly driven over by vehicles
  • Sewer lines that have shifted due to directionally bored/pipe-bored through the ground
  • Any damage caused by other excavation, digging, or construction performed by others
  • Damage from abuse, misuse, improper use, or acts of nature (e.g., earthquakes, significant ground movement, washouts, etc.)

This warranty is intended to protect you from problems related to our installation of your new sewer line—not from external damage or conditions beyond our control.
