Brennan has come twice to my house and both times was a consummate professional and did the work quickly.

Plumb crazy just left and I couldn't be happier. They got the new disposal installed and did some much needed pipe work in record time.

Came the same day!!!! When the plumber told me how much for the service 💲I had to ask him to repeat it... Much less than expected. Washing machine hose came loose and would have made quite the mess if I was not home. First time I've used them and I was very impressed.

The technician who came out to our house to fix our faucet had no interest in performing the work and made excuses the entire time he was there. In the end he left without performing any work and I went with another company to install the faucet.

James replaced our water heater and also installed a citrus water softener. He did everything right, quickly and efficiently. Haven't had any problems. He was easy to work with and worked for a fair price. We recommend him and also recommend that new citrus water softener.

They were able to locate a part for an off-brand shower, saving me the cost of replacing the whole system for a while. Will do business again when needed.

Scott, the technician that came out for Plumb Crazy Plumbing was awesome. He took the extra time to figure out why my new grill wasn't working after he had done his assigned task of hooking up the gas connection. Thanks to his diligence it saved us from having to work the with manufacturer to figure out what the problem was. He was also very friendly and informative. A good company. They try to make a service call the same day you call them and are always on time. The guys are professional and nice to deal with and they seem to be a little cheaper then some of the other plumbing companies I have dealt with.

Scott came out yesterday because we didn’t have any hot water. He explained everything he did thoroughly and helped us understand the decision we had to make in whether to repair or replace our hot water heater. I have never had a more thorough and knowledgeable plumber.

I had a toilet that was leaking..... water was running across the entire house under the wall, so I thought it was going to be a huge job !!! Very surprised to find out that it was simply a blocked line.... tech blew out the line and that fixed it...He also went outside and marked off where my clean-out line should be..... (I don't have an exterior clean-out) I have used this company several times, and they will always be my go-to plumbing company :) Very professional and they DO NOT rip you off !!!!!
